We are now less than a month away from MLB pitchers and catchers reporting to spring training for the 2009 baseball season. In conjunction with preparations for both Cactus, and Grapefruit league activity - we have noticed Major League Baseball 2009 Bobblehead Days are starting to heat up!

The Saint Louis promotional highlight of the year, in Bobblehead Daze humble opinion, is the Cardinals Adam Wainwright SGA. This bobble is being awarded on August 30th when the home team takes on MLB’s bad boys - Washington Nationals. By most counts, Adam Wainwright is an under-rated starting pitcher. Already having one World Series title already under his belt, Wainwright will be in hot pursuit of his second this coming year.

Everyone who reads our Bobblehead Daze blog and SGA Schedule will have their own opinions as to what their favorite promo is for the coming 2009 season.

One thing we know for sure – the Cards have thus far ensured they are in the hunt for the LATEST SGA of the season with this Ozzie Smith Bobblehead! 

October 2nd – that’s practically running into the 2009 NHL Hockey and 2009 NFL schedule! Ah well, we hear Busch Stadium is beautiful in the fall!
