A couple months back, the West Michigan Whitecaps announced they would be giving out some “Maggs” bobbles. Well, let’s just say things at Fifth-Third Ballpark were only getting started there!
One of Bobblehead Daze favorite minor league teams has announced four more bobblehead days, in addition to the Magglio Bobble that starts the promotions rolling this coming May.
Here is the Detroit Tigers' minor league affiliate's complete bobblehead line-up for the 2009 season:
Friday May 8th (6:35 pm) - Magglio Ordoñez Bobblehead to the first 1,000 fans
Friday, June 5th (7:00 pm) – Wendy's Tiger Friday with appearance from George Kell / George Kell Bobblehead dolls to the first 1,000 fans
Friday, June 12th (7:00 pm) – Wendy's Tiger Friday with appearance from Rick Leach / Rick Leach bobblehead dolls to the first 1,000 fans
Friday, June 26th (7:00 pm) – Wendy's Tiger Friday with appearance from Dave Bergman / Dave Bergman bobblehead dolls to the first 1,000 fans
Friday, July 17th (7:00 pm) – Field of Dreams / Wendy's Tiger Friday with appearance from John Wockenfuss / John Wockenfuss bobblehead first 1,000 fans
