The Baltimore Orioles biggest bobblehead day of the year is upon us!
Adam Jones breakout 2009 campaign coincides with his first Orioles SGA Bobblehead
giveaway. This unique bobble shows the Baltimore Orioles centerfielder making a flyball catch near the base of the 410 foot mark of Oriole Park/Camden Yards. The Adam Jones Bobblehead
is also depicted blowing a big bubblegum bubble.
Incidentally, the Minnesota Twins did a similar bobblehead with a bubblegum blowing Doug Mientkiewicz
(one of my least favorite ballplayer names to spell of all time by the way) back in 2002. The first 25,000 fans will receive an Adam Jones Bobbleheadwhen the Orioles play host to the visiting interleague play New York Mets. Should be a fun game to attend on it’s own merit – but the Adam Jones SGAmakes it even sweeter!
