*Ouch* Perhaps the Cleveland Indians should consider giving any SGA Bobbleheads, as well as any other souvenir giveaways - PRIOR to the July 31st trade deadline...?

I’m sure Cleveland Indiansfans were already displeased with the trade deadline fire sale they experienced in the 2009 season, but to add insult to injury there were 2 giveaways planned within a week of their once beloved All-star catcher Victor Martinez Bobbleheaddeparture to the rival Boston Red Sox.

The August 1st Victor Martinez Bobbleheadmay have been viewed by some Cleveland baseball fans as a nice parting gift of the Indians former star – after all, it is a rather sweet looking Victor Bobblehead, complete with a detachable catchers mask!

But a few of this Thursdays promos – a signed V-mart chest protector backback - just may get tossed onto Progressive Field, or even worse be burned in effigy~!

No, we are not trying to instigate an Indians Fan riot! And applaud fans for their peace pipe disdain. But it is still a shame that loyal fans of “The Tribe” were not dealt a better card during the 2009 MLB season!

This is the first Tribe SGA Bobblehead of the 2009 season, and will be given out to ALL fans who are in attendance at Progressive Field when Kevin Slowey, and the Minnesota Twins roll into Ohio .
