I plan on taking advantage of the projected great weather, by heading to Lansing , Michigan to take in a Minor League Baseball game at Oldsmobile Park where the Toronto Blue Jays minor league affiliate, Lansing Lugnuts will be playing host to the Cincinnati Reds minor league team – the Dayton Dragons!

It’s Carlos Zambrano Bobbleheadday on Saturday, May 16th, and so I just couldn’t pass up the chance to add a Big Z Bobble to my collection! I’m sure the wife will be just thrilled!

Ervin Santana BobbleheadThe real Ervin Santana may be shelved on the disabled list, but the Ervin Santana Bobblehead is ready to go when the Los Angeles Angels play host to the upstart Toronto Blue Jays on Wednesday May 6th 2009.

All fans who make it out to Angel Stadium will receive a free one of a kind, hand sculpted, and hand painted Ervin Santana Bobble Head Doll - compliments of Pechanga Resort & Casino.

Santana, a hard throwing right hander from San Christobal, was actually raised with the name “Johan Santana”, but had his name changed in 2003, so as not to be confused with the New York Mets star.

A few Ervin Santana Bobblehead are already up on eBay for presale.

So if you can’t wait, or can’t make it to the game, try your luck at bidding on one today.

Lyle Overbay BobbleheadThe Toronto Blue Jays have got off to a flying start in 2009, thanks to bats that have been hotter than Alyssa Milano NOT wearing Dodgers attire, and a rotation that has thus far proved to be far better than expected.

Lyle Overbay BobbleheadOn April 19th the Blue Jays handed out this rare collectable Lyle Overbay Bobblehead to their first 10,000 fans. (Oooooooooooooo! I’ll bet Brew Crew fans miss holding their hands over their heads to form the letter “O” when the former Brewer was at the dish at Miller Park !) This Bobble head doll is taking a homerun swing in a retro Blue Jays uniform – and comes complete with a unique picture box, sponsored by THE FAN 590.

Coincidentally it was Lyle who had the game winning hit in a pitchers duel that saw rookie Ricky Romero blank the Oakland A’s through seven innings.

The Lyle Overbay bobble was the first SGA bobblehead promo of the young 2009 Jays season.

An Alex Rios Bobblehead is in the on deck circle - Jays fans will be sure to flock to the Rogers Center on May 17th for that one.

If you missed out on the Overbay Bobble, they can be found currently on eBay.
